Houseproud is a professional residential and commercial cleaning company run from the Northern Beaches office of its founder, Paul Mitchell. Paul started Houseproud Cleaning back in 1999 with just one cleaner, a handful of customers, and a determination to bring back the quality in cleaning. Houseproud has grown into one of Australia’s most trusted cleaning franchises.   2. Confirmation – you will receive a call from our friendly team to arrange your clean or an on-site quote.
  3. Relax – our team will do all the hard work while you put your feet up or get on with other things.
  4. Payment – you can pay for your service by cash, credit card or bank transfer and we can issue an invoice if you need one.

Your questions answered

  • Yes, the franchise owner will be your cleaner or the cleaner that works for them. The franchise owner will endeavour to keep the same cleaner for every visit.

  • Yes, we try to keep the same day and time for each visit.

  • No, you don’t need to be at home for the clean, it is up to you. You can let the cleaners in and then leave to go to work or out. Or you can leave a key somewhere safe, or you can have a lockbox and then they will pop the key inside after the clean.

  • We always attempt to use low ph or neutral ph chemicals - all of which are safe for your family and pets. We still carry chloroclean, domestos or bleach for cleaning the toilets.

  • Your Houseproud cleaner will always be in uniform.

  • No, your Houseproud cleaner will bring all equipment and products to each clean.

  • Yes all our franchisees carry workers comp or public liability.

  • Yes all our franchisees have current police checks and WWC checks.

  • Yes, 98% of our cleaners are vaccinated.
